Please note: All fonts are available in upper case and/or lower case. WE DO NOT

recommend Upper Case for Standard Script, Single Line Script or Old English.

All upper case in Script and Old English is very difficult to read. Standard Block is also

available in Italic (specify in 'comments' on order form). For a "heavier" appearing letter, we

recommend Goudy Block or Helvetica. Greek Letters are also available upon request.

OUR ENGRAVED LETTERS ARE MADE UP OF ONE OR MORE ETCHED LINES (depending on font).

If different fonts are required on the same plate, specify in the comment section.

Proofing Policy: Our pricing DOES NOT include proofing. If a proof is required, the cost is

$10.00 per item plus $5.00 for each revision per item. Proofs can be faxed or mailed only.

You may cancel or change an order any time prior to the production of the order.

Please note: Many orders ship the next business so please contact us prior to 7PM EST

on the day the order is placed to be sure we get your message. If you order after 9PM EST,

that order will be produced the next business day and will be shipped the following day.

Most items ship within a few days via US Priority Mail. Please allow up 1 - 2 weeks lead time

or we will call you. If a faster shipping method is requested, designate that on the order form

and that special cost will be charge to your credit card. If you prefer First Class Mail,

you may use $1.75 per item when filling out the order form. We will ship Priority Mail

PLEASE NOTE: Since we can't track First Class Mail shipments, we can't guarantee

how long they will take or in what condition they will arrive. We pack each First Class

shipment for normal handling in an envelope with reinforcement. All Priority shipments

Shipping Charges are based on shipping to the Continental US. All other destinations

must ship via International Priority Mail which is $16.50 S&H including Canada.

International Orders: Unless we get back to you, most individual items can ship via

US International Priority for $16.50 (US). We will need to confirm shipping cost on larger orders.

We cannot use a supplied UPS# but we can use a supplied FedEx #. Please ADD $2.50 for handling.

Although rare, mistakes can happen. If it is determined that we made a mistake, we

will promptly replace your order at our expense. If it is determine to be your mistake,

we can't replace at no charge but we will try to discount your reorder to help you

How long will it take to produce my nameplates?

Most orders ship within a day or two. We will contact you if it will take longer than a week.

Can I get custom size nameplates?

Yes. We can produce nameplates from 1/2" x 1" to 3" x 8" in increments of 1/8".

What are my choices for custom nameplate materials?

.020" Satin or Glossy Brass, .025" Aluminum or .025" Anodized silver or gold tone aluminum.

Can you supply custom nameplates for outdoor use?

Yes. Our anodized aluminum is rated for indoor or outdoor use.

Can I use a metal polish on my brass plates or tags?

NO. All our items are lacquered to resist tarnishing. Polishing could actually take off the protective

lacquer and allow tarnishing. If necessary just wipe with a soft, moist cloth.

What are my choices for affixing custom nameplates?

You can get your choice of screw holes and screws or heavy-duty adhesive.

What are my choices for the corners of my custom nameplates?

You can order square corners, notched corners or round corners. (Min. 1" x 2")

How do I figure my custom nameplate pricing?

Click on our "Custom Order Nameplates" link. You will see common sizes and the prices for

the options so you can literally build your own nameplates.

How do I price an odd size custom nameplate?

You can estimate between the common sizes or just e-mail us for a prompt quote.

How do I order custom nameplates?

Click on our "Secure Ordering" link. Type in "Custom" for item number. Type in description:

size, material, corners, holes, adhesive, etc and follow the instructions on the order form.

Is my credit card and personal information safe when I order?

Yes. We only offer Secure Ordering and we have a long-held, strict policy not to share customer

information with anyone for any reason.

How do I know you are reliable?

Our workmanship is fully guaranteed and we have testimonials from happy customers from

all over the US and some foreign countries. Because we know how important this purchase is to

you, our goal is to exceed your expectations and and to create a positive experience for you.

After all, we want you to come back and refer us to your friends and family. In addition, when

you use your VISA or Mastercard we know that you can and should question any purchase,

from anyone, that is defective, late or overcharged. We will see to it that you will never need

Will I get a credit card receipt with my order?

Absolutely. We will give a completed credit card receipt with every order.

Our general lead time is 5 - 7 days but almost all orders ship within a day or two.

At Christmas, please allow a little more time. We try to guarantee all orders for Christmas

if they are ordered no less than 2 - 3 weeks before Christmas. Every effort is made to
