Care and use of Brass Key Tags
for Hospitality Businesses
DO NOT USE METAL POLISH ON OUR BRASS KEY TAGS
These key tags are made with a satin brass lacquered finish which is meant to reduce
tarnishing. The satin finish also allows for the more elegant and cost effective use of
engraving on the key tags (versus stamping). If cleaning becomes necessary, please
use a clean, dry (or moistened) soft cloth only. Lacquered brass key tags will begin to
show wear over time. Wear generally depends on usage and how many key tags you have
per room. We recommend rotating 2-3 key tags per room and adding to, or replacing
at least one set of tags per year. We look forward to supplying your key tags.
