Return and Cancellation Policy

Every effort will be made to change or cancel any order.

You may cancel or change an order any time prior to the production of the order.

Please note:  Many orders ship the next business so please contact us prior to 7 PM EST on the day the order is placed to be sure we get your message.  If you order after 9 PM EST, that order could be produced and shipped as early as the next business day.  The US Post Office states that USPS Priority Mail averages 2-3 days in the Continental US, but is not guaranteed (especially over holidays and extreme inclement weather).   

Once the order is completed, because it is a custom order, we cannot cancel it.  Orders returned due to lack of address or incorrect addresses will be subject to second shipping costs at the customer's expense (we cannot be held responsible for being given incomplete or incorrect addresses).

If necessary please call 610-942-0137.  We will confirm by e-mail or phone if we were able to cancel or change the order.

 

Errors and Omissions/Refund Policy

We value your business and we work very hard to supply a good product as promptly as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate any problem.  Although rare, mistakes can happen.  If it is determined that we made a mistake, we will promptly replace your order at our expense.  If it is determined to be your mistake, we can't replace at no charge but we will try to discount your reorder to help you out as much as possible.  Every order is custom made to your specifications so we are not able to take back, restock or resell a custom engraved item.  We maintain meticulous records so we can fax or mail a copy of your online order so you can verify the information.   Items that we produced in error will be sent out via First Class Mail as soon as possible.

Because of the nature of our custom business, we cannot be responsible for verbal orders.
