Our Shipping Policy
Most standard plate orders ship out within 2 -3 days. Custom-cut plate orders usually ship out in 5 - 8 days. We will contact you if it will take longer than a 1- 2 weeks to produce your order. Proofing could delay your order by a day or two.
We will ship Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. The United States Post Office usually delivers US Priority Mail shipments within two or three days within the Continental United States, but this is not guaranteed.
International Orders: Please contact us for International Shipping charges.
Please contact us if you would like to use UPS or FedEx.
Orders totaling $100 or more will be shipped "SIGNATURE REQUIRED." This will give your order more attention during the delivery process.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not ship First Class Mail unless requested since we cannot track First Class Mail shipments, and can't guarantee how long they will take or in what condition they will arrive. We pack each First Class shipment for normal handling in an envelope with reinforcement. All Priority shipments go out in sturdy Priority boxes, which tend to make them more protected. Orders returned due to lack of address or incorrect addresses will be subject to second shipping costs at customer's expense. Shipping Charges are based on shipping Priority Mail to the Continental US. PRIORITY MAIL IS NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE. PLEASE CONTACT FOR GUARANTEED OPTIONS AND PRICING.
